Sub-processors
Last changed: 7 October 2026These providers process, on behalf of Offdays, personal data that customers enter into the service. Their engagement is governed by Section 6 of the Data Processing Addendum.
We publish any addition or replacement of a sub-processor on this page in advance.

The customer's Google Workspace services
Offdays connects to the customer's Google Workspace: it writes approved absences into the shared calendar the customer sets up through the Google Calendar API, and reads the user list through the Google People API and Admin SDK Directory API. Google processes this data under the customer's own Google Workspace agreement and in the locations that agreement defines, so Google is not a sub-processor of Offdays here.
